DELFIN EDUCATION DIVISION

DELFIN EDUCATION DIVISION was established to give to our partners and customers the opportunity to increase mutual knowledge, learn new skills and improve communication along the supplier – distributor – end user chain. Our trainings are always focused on real business, and aimed at providing insight on business opportunities and strategies, and market dynamics.

The trainings are held by Mr. Franco Marmello, expert consultant of Human Resources (founder and head of "Bottega del cambiamento" as well as management consultant in Italy for several worldwide known companies, and expert in strategic and operational marketing) and are based on three main themes:

• ”Knowing Delfin" Introduction to Delfin as a company; entry level basic training dedicated to new distributors and their employees, to introduce them to the company, its philosophy and products.
• “Human capital and economic growth" A training about company management and strategic decision making, specifically dedicated to business owners, CEOs , entrepreneurs.
• “Real creative selling" A training specifically dedicated to distributors and their salesmen.

The training courses are held periodically at the Delfin premises in Settimo Torinese, where a new showroom and training room, equipped with the most modetools, have been recently inaugurated.
