SUCTION UNIT

The suction is provided by three by-pass motors, using carbon brushes, operated by independent switches and placed inside a sturdy steel casing . The motor head is filled with noise reducing material, in order to limit as much as possible the level of noise, and designed in order to convey the exhaust air towards the ground, so as not to bother the user and not to raise possible dust in the neighbouring area. The control board includes the three independent switches and a vacuum indicator, useful to detect possible clogging of the filter. Two handles placed on the sides enable an easy lifting and removal of the motor head, for possible inspection or replacement of the underlying filter.
 

FILTER UNIT

The 3 cartridge filters are placed and protected inside the steel filter chamber; the cartridge filters are made of polyester and chemically TEFLON treated , and provide a high surface (56.000 cm2 in total) which reduces clogging even when picking up big quantities of dust (even fine dust, thanks to the high filtration efficiency of 3 micron). An automatic cleaning system (reverse alternated air pulse) enables the to clean the filter frequently and efficiently: an installed compressor provides a jet of compressed air, which is alternately blown into each of the cartridges. The system is totally automatic, (the frequency of the cleaning can be set by means of a timer installed inside the control board), and enables to increase the life and maintain the suction performance of the machine, even over long periods of heavy duty service.
 

COLLECTION UNIT

The vacuumed material is placed inside a drop-down bin mounted on wheels (50 litres capacity), which makes it possible to dispose easily and safely of the sucked material, if need be collecting it directly into a plastic bag.
