FIXED SUCTION UNITS FOR DUST AND SOLID MATERIAL

The DBFV models are fixed vacuums designed to suck up dust or solid material continuously, usually on production machinery.

The suction unit is a turbine motor of the “side channel blower” type, placed inside a steel casing: the fan being directly shafted on the motor shaft, this type of motor requires no transmission system and provides a performance of 2.850 RPM. It is thus completely maintenance free, ideal for non-stop and heavy duty performance, very silent and resistant. The motor matches the IP 55 protection level; a diffuser filter on the air exhaust reduces the noise and softens the impact of the exhausted air.
The DBF models have a manual filter shaker system, which allows an easy and efficient cleaning of the filter. The standard polyester pocket-filter has a filtering surface of 12.000 cm2, a 3 micron efficiency (cat. L/G, 3 micron efficiency), and provides a high performance filtration. Specific filters (for high temperature, fine dust, Teflon) are available upon request.
A releasable 40 lt. stainless steel container enables to dispose easily of the sucked up material.
The frame is made of steel, and can be mounted on wheels upon request
The suction inlet has an internal deflector and a 60 mm. diameter connection, with hose connectors available down to 50, 38 or 32 mm.
