INDUSTRIAL FIXED VACUUM FOR SCRAPS

The suction unit is a turbine motor of the “side channel blower” type, placed in the lower part of the vacuum inside a steel casing. Its fan being directly shafted on the motor shaft, this type of motor requires no transmission system. It is thus completely maintenance free, suitable for non-stop duty on machinery, very silent and resistant.
The material is sucked from above through the upper cover lid, in order to prevent clogging on the suction inlet, and is collected into a nylon collection bag (150 litres capacity). The sucked material can be then disposed of easily, by removing and emptying the collection bag. A transparent window in the cover lid enables to check the level of the sucked material and stop the suction once the level is full.
The body is completely made of epoxy painted steel, and mounted on four polyurethane wheels.
