The agri-food industry provides a very wide array of requirements for Delfin vacuum cleaners, ranging from  flour processing plants (mills, food factories, pasta factories, industrial and professional bakeries), to the production of freeze-dried products (dried milk and other foodstuffs), pastry factories, cheese and meats factories.

Three-phase units are often used for continuous suction on board machines, or for cleaning purposes, often with central vacuum installations for the suction of dust and powders in the various processing, production, bagging and storage areas. To increase collection capacity, the suction units are often combined with hoppers and pre-separators for the continuous collection and unloading of large quantities of dust and powders (flours, cereals, grain, etc.).

Other frequent uses include cleaning ovens, by removing the hot ash in industrial and professional bakeries, or mobile cleaning of warehouses, production machines and areas, involving mixed suction of dust, liquid and solid materials. Delfin vacuum cleaners are available according to the strictest health and safety requirements of food industries, with optional ATEX explosion-proof certificates, filtration certificates (Class H / M / L), HEPA absolute catrtridges, anti-static and nomex filters, and total or partial stainless steel construction.
